How to Use This Site / Order Your Hangtags

#1 Find the tag you wish to order by browsing the appropriate section of this website. Once you have found the tag, click on the tag picture. If you require a secondary tag with your order, find the appropriate main tag and then click on the image of the secondary tag you want directly below the main tag.

#2 After clicking on the tag you wish to order, an order form will open in a new window. The order form will show the tag you selected and also, if appropriate, the secondary tag. Please fill out all fields on the order form, including your billing and ship to address. For Direct Import vendors please note that we can ship from our office in Asia directly to your Asian factories. This step will save you time and money as tagging is completed at your factory source.

#3 When you have completed the order form click the "submit order" button. You will be presented with an order confirmation page. Please check that the order details are correct. If you need to change anything, click the "Change Order" button. Otherwise click the "Confirm Order" button. Your order will automatically be emailed to our Customer Service department, and a copy will be emailed to the address you entered on the order form.

#4 Upon receipt of your order we will issue you a Pro Forma Invoice and request that you make payment prior to the shipment of your goods. Payments can be made in Canadian dollars via check to our office in Toronto, or wired directly to our bank account in Toronto.

#5 IMPORTANT:Your order will be shipped directly to the designated factory address on your order form within 3 working days from receipt of your complete order details payment confirmation. Please note that we ship all goods via DHL to all markets and that transit time to Canada is approximately 5 working days. Once we ship we will provide you with the DHL air way bill number so that you may track your package online.

#6 If your order is rush / urgent and you require your tags to be shipped sooner then our standard turnaround time of 3 days, please advise us by email and we will attempt to accommodate your rush request.

#7 Your order will be produced according to the data you provide to LBA. LBA accepts no liability for tags or labels that accurately reflect the original order data. In addition, at all times our total liability is expressly limited to the replacement costs of any tag or label.

Please Note - Once you submit your order, we will respond within 24 hours and issue you a Pro Forma Invoice. This invoice must be paid in FULL, PRIOR to the shipment of your tags via DHL courier.
