Q1 How do I order? When completing the order form, which fields must I fill in?

1. Find the tag you wish to order on this website and click the picture of the tag to open an order form.

2. Fill in the following fields in the order form: Vendor's Name, Email, Ship To address

3. Complete the following fields in the order details table: UPC, Retail Price, Qty, and any other information to print on the hangtag

4. Press the Submit button

5. Review the order confirmation, and press the 'Confirm Order' button if it is correct

6. Our system will send you a confirmation message via email

Q2 Can I order various different hangtags in 1 order?

No, you cannot order different hangtags in the same order. Each order is for one hangtag + any accompanying secondary hangtags.

Q3 How do I order secondary hangtags with a particular main tag?

Follow in the instructions in Q1 above. When you find the main tag, click on the appropriate secondary tag picture below the main tag.

If the quantity of the secondary tag you require is different from the quantity of the main tag you are ordering, please indicate the quantity of secondary tags required in the 'Notes' field.

Q4 How do I order only secondary tags (without any main hangtags)?

1. Follow the instructions in Q3 above.

2. When the order form opens, click the "order only the secondary tag" button next to the tag picture.

3. The order form will reload and show only the secondary tag.

4. Fill in the quantity required in the order details table

5. Submit the order

Q5 How do I order the BV007/008/009 tag?

1. Fill in the following fields: Vendor's Name, Email, Ship To address

2. Fill in the quantity required in the order details table

3. Press the Submit button

Q6 Why can't I submit the order?

Be sure to fill in all required fields: Vendor's Name, Email, Ship To address, Tag Name (or Tag Code), UPC, Retail Price and Qty.

Do not use the space bar when filling in the order details section (UPC, Retail Price and Qty).

To order blank tags, check the "I want to order blank tags" checkbox above the order details table.

Q7 How do I order special docket hangtags?

Special docket hangtags are seasonal and made to order. Hence they are not included on our website. If you would like to order the Bay's special docket, please send your enquiry to customerservice@labelbankasia.com.

Please provide all required information, i.e. docket number, style number, ticket name, and quantity.

Q8 I cannot find the hangtag I want on your website

The hangtag may still be under development. Or it may be a special docket, in which case please follow the instructions in Q7 above. If you require further assistance, please contact customerservice@labelbankasia.com.

Q9 I would like to know the price of a particular hangtag before placing an order

Q10 Does your price include courier service?

Our selling price includes courier service to every destination in ASEAN countries and to Canada. Shipments to other destinations will be charged at the ex-Asia rate.

Q11 What should I do if I want to revise a hangtag quantity after submitting an order?
